A campaign can involve several kinds of work: the content itself, the team’s plan to produce it, and repeatable processes that help create or maintain it. Simplified exposes these as separate capabilities.

CapabilityWhat it managesExample
Creative projectsProjects and the deliverables stored as project itemsA launch project containing copy, images, and videos
PM boardsColumns, tasks, subtasks, owners, dates, and dependenciesA launch board showing what is blocked or ready for review
WorkflowsReusable sequences of actions and their executionsTurn a product brief into a set of draft deliverables
AgentsReusable AI instructions, models, tools, and triggersA research agent with a defined output and selected tools
Knowledge basesIndexed sources that can be searched for evidenceApproved product documentation for research

Example: organize a product launch

  1. Create or select a creative project for the actual outputs.
  2. Create or select a PM board for the tasks needed to produce and review them.
  3. Add tasks with owners and deadlines. Put the copy review task before the publishing task using a dependency.
  4. Use an available workflow to run a repeatable production sequence, or an agent for work guided by reusable instructions.
  5. Save finished assets in project items and reference their returned links in the related task descriptions.
  6. Read the saved items and task states to verify both the content and the plan.

Creating a project does not automatically create a PM board. Saving a deliverable does not automatically complete its task. Establish and verify those relationships explicitly; these guides do not assume automatic synchronization.

Check availability

Creative project and PM tools are present in the core connected catalog. Workflows, agent administration, and knowledge bases require a connection exposing those families. Use tool discovery before planning an automation.

The published CLI 1.8.0 supports creative project/item commands and assignment of an existing agent to an item. It does not expose dedicated PM-board, workflow-management, agent-management, or knowledge-base commands. Running CLI commands from an assistant is different from configuring a Simplified agent or workflow.
