Every skill the agent has, merging Simplified’s built-ins with the ones this workspace wrote. Read this before editing anything — two fields decide what you are allowed to do:
origin—builtin(shipped by Simplified),override(a workspace edit of a built-in), orworkspace(written here).editable— whether this entry can be changed at all.
content_text is the skill’s actual text.

Agent UUID or slug — both are accepted. From agents_listAgents.
