Lists the knowledge bases in this workspace and teamspace, newest change first. Start here — it is the only operation that yields the IDs the other knowledge operations need.

Each row carries source_count and ready_source_count. They differ while sources are still being processed, and only ready ones are searchable.

Query parameters
