Add or remove users assigned to a task using integer user IDs.
Use listWorkspaceMembers to look up user IDs before calling this.
Body: {"add": [<user_id>, ...], "remove": [<user_id>, ...]}
Either key may be omitted.
Returns {} on success (no body — by design).
To verify or read current assignees: getTask?expand=assignees.
Note: ES index updates async (~5s lag) — searchTasks?assignees=<id>
may not reflect a new assignment immediately.
