Add or remove file attachments on a task. Attachments are addressed by attachment UUID (get IDs from getTask?expand=attachments). Body: {"add": ["<attachment_id>", ...], "remove": ["<attachment_id>", ...]}. Either key may be omitted. Returns the updated attachment list.
