Updated media for the post. Each entry is a Simplified asset UUID, a fully qualified URL, or a { url, thumbUrl } object — see MediaItem and CreatePostRequest.media for resolution rules.

tagslist of integersOptional

Replace the post's tag (label) IDs with this list. Use listSocialMediaTags to fetch existing IDs and createSocialMediaTag to add new ones.
