Media · Video · Repurpose media into short clips

Creates a clip project from a downloadable media source. Supports direct media URLs, YouTube (youtube.com or youtu.be), Vimeo, and Google Drive file links that the service can download. Private or login-only sources and arbitrary landing pages are not guaranteed. Costs credits. Returns immediately with the project id, not a task_id. Poll getRepurposeProject until job_status is DONE or UPDATED; FAILED is terminal. Then use listRepurposeClips for individual clip status and download URLs. Clips render asynchronously.
